Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Repetitive wrist motion increases the wear and tear of the wrist joint. Patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) will experience numbness and tingling in the thumb, index and middle finger. Some patients will experience waking up in the middle of the night due to extreme pain. Modification of your working station and working habits are required to avoid further injuries to the wrist. Since the nerves which supply the hand and finger originate from the neck, therefore, adjustment to the neck joint is beneficial to the treatment of CTS.
