Sciatica

Sciatica is a sharp, and painful disease caused the irritation of the sciatic nerve. Common symptoms include weakness in the legs, and sharp, shooting pain starting from the buttock extending to the back of the legs and sometimes affecting to the toes, The sciatic nerve is a bundle of nerve fibers comprising of the 4th and 5th lumbar nerves and the first three sacral nerves. Poor posture, misalignment of the lumbar and sacral spine, prolonged sitting and lack of exercise are some of the causes to Sciatica.
