Proper Diet and Yoga Exercise
I have many patients asking me many questions about back pain and leg pain. From my experience as a chiropractor, many of the back pain and leg pain is caused by lack of exercise, tight muscles and heavy body weight. A heavy body can put pressure on the spine causing back pain. If a patient who is overweight and is suffering from back pain must first change his or her diet. A good diet including lots of vegetable, low fat and low cholesterol foods can do the job. Other than diet, yoga exercise can also help reduce back pain and leg pain. Yoga exercise can stretch the leg and back muscles making the body more flexible. This can relieve the pain of the back. In addition, the meditation in Yoga can also take away stress in the body. This will allow better circulation of the blood in the body making the person feel much better.
